SRL-W series PVC powder mixer unit is used for mixing, stirring, drying, coloring and other processes. It is an ideal advanced equipment for the production of PVC plastic sheets, pipes and profiles.
The unit combines a hot mixer and a cold mixer. After the material is heated, it automatically enters the cold mixer for cooling, and the remaining gas is discharged to avoid agglomeration.
The two-layer sealed pot cover is adopted, and the cooling machine pot cover adopts an arch cover, which can avoid deformation.
The high-speed PVC hot and cold mixer is controlled by PLC, with stable operation, high degree of automation and good mixing effect.

Unloading method: There are two control methods for opening and closing the unloading door: automatic control of the material temperature in the pot and manual control of the button.
